A Mental Health Odyssey
The Ancient Greeks conflate Athena and Hygieia into a single figure, usually called Athena Hygieia. This composite deity was associated with mental health, as Athena was associated with Intelligence and Hygieia with health; iit was a but a small leap to consider I would obviously ave both mental health and mental illnessdedicated to the health of the mind.This led to experiences where I felt unintentionally excluded due to a delay in communication.
My health has been a journey, as I continue to recover from left hemisphere paralysis caused by a serious hemorrhagic stroke. It is nearly seven years now.
It’s important to highlight that this space is dedicated to celebrating creativity and art; it’s designed to uplift rather than focus on struggles. Our brands, Knaturally Knutti or simply Knutti, reflect this spirit of positivity. In homage to the artistic journey using the quartet of art, music, creative writing and exercise.
